"Essence of Sense of Humor"

   "Essence of Sense of Humor" is a poem by Sumeet Mukherjee that describes all the good qualities that come with being funny. This poem has no consistent rhyme scheme, but it has a regular rhythm and similar line lengths, making it a blank verse.  It contains no imagery, every line is just a praise to humor. 

"Ticklish Tom"

  "Ticklish Tom" the poem by Shel Silverstein is a comedic narrative poem that tells the story of a little boy who couldn't stop laughing. It incorporates different aspects of poetry together to make an enjoyable poem with a great rhythm. The very first line uses alliteration, by have two words with the same sound at the beginning of each, "Ticklish Tom". The third line uses assonance with the words wiggled and giggled. The entire poem has an rhyme  scheme where each pair of lines rhyme (aa,bb,cc,dd, etc.)  "Ticklish Tom" also uses imagery by describing sounds and motions.
